Benny Landa,
Chairman

Benny Landa- Chairman, founder, Chairman and CEO of Indigo which he sold to HP in 2002. With over a billion dollars in annual revenues, Indigo is the market leader in the digital commercial printing and photo markets. Mr. Landa has been granted over five hundred patents worldwide including over 160 US patents and has been awarded numerous prizes and awards, including the Edwin H. Land Medal, the imaging industry's highest accolade.


Gideon Ben-Zvi,
Founder & Director

Mr. Ben-Zvi founded Ligature Ltd., developed the OCR products and strategy, served as the CEO and sold it for the world's highest recorded valuation for OCR transactions at that time. During his role at Ligature as CEO, Ben-Zvi co-founded Wizcom Technologies Ltd. (traded in Germany WZM) which ultimately bought Ligature. At Wizcom he defined the strategy to develop the products into a platform, enabling the company to move from the B2C market to B2B cellular markets.

After the acquisition, Ben-Zvi served as Executive VP of Wizcom and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and has recently been appointed Head of the Executive Committee. Mr. Ben-Zvi holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Math from the Hebrew University.

 
Yoav Chelouche,
Director

Former President and CEO of Scitex (NASDAQ: SCIX), 1996-2001, world leader in digital imaging and printing computer systems. Mr. Chelouche also serves as Fantine Group's Chairman as well as Managing Partner of Fantine Europe I Fund.

He previously held key management positions within Scitex, leading the implementation of an acquisition program that ultimately generated 50% of corporate revenues. Mr. Chelouche completed an MBA from the prestigious INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France.

 
Dr. Alon Dumanis,
Director

Dr. Dumanis is the CEO of Docor International Management, a Dutch Venture Capital, subsidiary of The Van-Leer group Foundation. He has been involved in several international companies, in international business development, entrepreneurial and technological management of high-tech companies in the information, aviation, electronics and emerging technology domains. He serves as member in many companies board of directors, including El Al Israel Airlines.

Prior to this, Dr. Dumanis was the Head of The Material Command in the Israel Air Force with the rank of Brigadier General.
Dr. Dumanis holds a Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University in USA.

 

Vered Levy-Ron,
CEO

Vered Levy-Ron joined HumanEyes in 2010. Prior to joining the company, she founded DaLi Advisory, a consulting company advising CEOs of technology companies. She was also CEO of Yalicoo, an internet company. Before that, she served as head of the Prepaid Products and Services Group at IDT Telecom, focusing on the large retailers and convenience stores in the US. Ms. Levy-Ron was also a strategy management consultant at A.T. Kearney in Paris, at Booz Allen & Hamilton in New York and at Shaldor in Tel Aviv, where she consulted to large global technology companies on a wide range of business issues. She is a board member at RRsat (NASDAQ:RRST).

Ms. Levy-Ron holds a B.A. degree in French and economics from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. degree in finance and international management from Columbia Business School.
 
Mimi Sela,
Director
Mimi Sela, CEO of Landa Ventures, also serves as Strategic Business Opportunity Advisor to Hewlett-Packard. Prior to the 2003 founding of Landa Ventures, Ms. Sela was, for six years, Indigo’s Corporate Vice President of Strategic Alliances, responsible for the Company’s alliances strategy, which culminated in the $800 million acquisition by Hewlett-Packard of Indigo.
